The following dialysis facilities
show some examples of the lack of infection control practices
which place patients in a potentially
compromised situation to acquire a deadly infection

Is it not shocking to know that these staff are, according to providers, are educated and trained?
Is it not shocking to know that these facilities had Registered Nurses in charge of the facility that are suppose to ensure correct practices are implemented?

Is it not shocking to know that these facilities had Registered Nurses in charge of the facility that are suppose to ensure correct practices are implemented?
Is it not shocking to know that even though the facility had their own policies and procedures in place that these incorrect practices, potential and/or actual mistakes occurred?
Patients need to be educated in order to ensure staff are implementing correct practices. It is the patient's life!!!
